Meet the Founders

Dave Fiala

Dave Fiala

Dave Fiala has been involved in business operations for over twenty years and has been a nationally recognized leader in manufacturing and operations. Dave has been the CEO of successful organizations in manufacturing, healthcare, and the consumer goods industries and has been a sought after executive where he developed numerous start-ups into successful, sustaining enterprises. Dave brings over two decades of servant leadership to Veribella as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer.

Dave has advised numerous non-profit organizations throughout his career and is currently serving on the board of directors for the VERIBELLA Foundation.

Dave is an alumnus of the University of Washington. He and his wife Katrina have three children and reside in Colorado.

Trina Fiala

Trina Fiala

Prior to designing the brand imaging and product line for Veribella Trina was responsible for product development and branding for two national skincare brands focusing on clean, natural ingredients. Her designs were highlighted in national media, including AOL, LA Times, US Weekly, and New Beauty stated her designs were a "brand built for Instagram."

Trina is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University. She serves on the boards of the Veribella Foundation, a mental health counseling organization, and a Colorado sports team. Trina is married to Dave Fiala, CEO of Veribella, and they have three teenage boys.

JoLayne Elliott

JoLayne Elliott

JoLayne is former founder and board member of Philanthropia, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to taking care of those in need.  Projects have included poverty alleviation domestically, in the Philippines, building libraries in Central America to promote literacy, economic empowerment projects in Cambodia, and funding to various other non-profits to end human-trafficking.

JoLayne serves on the board for the Veribella Foundation and has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Evangel University.

Dr. Kirk Elliott

Dr. Kirk Elliott

Dr. Elliott is co-founder and President of Veribella.  Dr. Elliott earned a Ph.D. in Theology from the Phoenix University of Theology, a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University, a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Denver, and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Dr. Elliott serves on the boards for the Veribella Foundation, Making Over Cancer, Patrick Henry College, Dr. James Dobson's Family Talk, WND News Service, and formerly the Council for National Policy Action, Inc.

Jennifer Solsten

Jennifer Solsten

Jennifer Solsten brings over 25 years of sales experience within both the retail and pharmaceutical beauty industry. Her experience includes developing and training cooperate sales teams, driving sales within the plastic surgery and the dermatology arena, and managing elite accounts within the United States and Canada.  Jennifer was selected as an expert facial esthetics consultant globally which included implementing injectable business within the European medical industry.  A sought after cooperate trainer, Jennifer delivers product knowledge with passion and ease.  

In her free time, Jennifer can be found with her family on a football field cheering on her son or in the library studying about the correlation between nutrition and aging.
